Order Processing & Delivery

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–4 working days across Pakistan.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.

Return Policy

We accept returns in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Product is defective on arrival
  • Missing accessories or incomplete package

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and invoice must be included
  • Product should not be physically damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged due to customer misuse
  • Product has scratches, cracks, burns, or liquid damage caused after delivery
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong product), return shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • In other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

All products sold by Bappi Accessories come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
