- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update once your parcel is dispatched.

- Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days across Pakistan.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your city, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries

If:
- the customer is unavailable,
- the phone number is unreachable, or
- the address is incomplete,
the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel back to us.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping returned parcels.
