  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping update once your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days across Pakistan.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your city, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

We currently deliver to all major cities and areas across Pakistan.

Order Tracking

Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your contact number and shipping address are accurate.

If:

  • the customer is unavailable,
  • the phone number is unreachable, or
  • the address is incomplete,

the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel back to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping returned parcels.

  • incomplete order,

please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos for assistance.
